How do Pineapples Get to Fairbanks, Alaska?

It has been a long time coming, but it is finally here… my video about pineapple shipment to Alaska (it has taken 2.5 months to make this video and it has been a complete albatross). I hope you enjoy.

One note pineapples sell sale for $1.25-3.00 each. If you use the lowest price plus lowest shipping price then Fred’s makes about 10 cents profit per pineapple. Chances are they are not getting the best possible prices and offering the pineapples as a lost leader that gets people into the store.

My sources were eaten by a computer glitch. If this video gets more than 20 views, I’ll dig up the sources and if you have questions email or comment. No copy-write infringement intended for google images or google maps used in video.
